About the event

What if some of the struggles we experience in life began in our earliest relationships?

What if understanding our relationship with our mother could bring clarity to patterns in love, self-worth, and belonging?

Free Introduction to Family Constellations

The mother-child bond is often our very first experience of connection, safety, and care. But what happens when this relationship carries pain, unmet needs, or emotional complexity?

In this session, we will explore how our relationship with our mother can shape our sense of self, our emotional patterns, and the way we relate to others. Through the lens of Family Constellations, we begin to understand how early bonds and deeper family dynamics can influence our lives long after childhood.

Bringing awareness to these dynamics can offer a new perspective on why certain patterns appear in our relationships, our confidence, and our inner world.
