The Story Behind My Work

Hi, I’m Darvinya.

I am a Family Constellations facilitator, Regression Therapist, and NLP Coach who supports people in understanding and healing the deeper patterns shaping their lives.

Many of the struggles we face in relationships, confidence, and life direction do not begin with us. Through systemic work, inner child healing, and trauma-informed approaches, I help people uncover the hidden family dynamics that quietly influence how we think, feel, and choose.

My work is guided by a simple belief: healing is not about fixing something that is broken, but about understanding our journey in relation to the deeper story we are part of.

My own journey into this work began during my Master's in International Relations at New York University. At the time, I was passionate about conflict resolution and making the world a better place. From the outside, everything seemed to be falling into place.

But internally, I was struggling.

I experienced chronic depression and panic attacks that eventually led to a breakdown and two months in a rehabilitation facility. What felt like the lowest point of my life became the beginning of a very different path.

I could not accept the idea that depression and anxiety were conditions I would have to carry forever. That question "what if there is another way?" led me into years of exploration and healing.

I began with Reiki and energy work, and soon moved deeper into inner child healing, ancestral trauma work, somatic practices, systemic therapy, and new ways of communicating that support real emotional repair.

What I discovered changed my life?

The patterns I believed were simply “who I was” began to make sense within the wider context of my family system and early experiences. As those patterns were seen and understood, they began to shift.

Over time, the anxiety and depression that once defined my life disappeared.

Today, I guide others through that same process of discovery and healing.

I do not approach this work only as a practitioner, but as someone who first experienced its impact as a client. These practices remain part of my own daily life and continue to shape the way I walk in the world.

I know what it feels like to be caught in patterns that seem impossible to change. I also know that when we begin to see the deeper dynamics at play, new possibilities can emerge.

Healing does not mean erasing the past.

It means relating to it differently.

And it would be an honor to walk that journey with you.

Values

Honesty

At the Kaizen Collective, we value honesty because it is our secrets that keep us stuck. We realize honesty is like an onion. There are many layers to being honest.

And through our work we value the process of peeling off new layers. For us, honesty is not just about telling the truth, Rather it is about be true to ourselves and showing up authentically regardless of the  circumstances.

Openness

At the Kaizen Collective, we recognize that if the problem is outside the box, most likely the solution is too.

We believe that being open to trying new things and receiving solutions from unsuspecting sources is the difference between a happy life and a turbulent one.

Willingness to Change

While change can be uncomfortable at times, growth happens outside the comfort zone. We believe that being willing to change is a quintessential step to transformation.
